The Big N has released another stability update and it seems to have done nothing to add any new features with the new 2DS on its way at the end of the month. This is what we get for a change log.
Official USA change-log:
- Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.
Now if you are using Arm9 hax your fine to update as this does not effect it in any way and the same for b9s 1.2. For people using the homebrew launcher smealum as already updated the payloads for it to work on FW11.5.
11.5 n3ds payloads will be up soon. no news about old3ds 11.4+. eol k11 exploits still unpatched. havent tested arm9 but should be ok too

It seems this update really didn’t do any to the system or block anything from working like the previous update the 3ds got.
