Steam to offer refunds! It’s about time!

As most of you know, at least if you game on your PC at all, gamers have had very few options if they purchased a game through Steam and had a problem. Well, let’s be honest, if you bought a game and couldn’t run it you were SCREWED! Not anymore!

It seems now you can simply request a refund. Yes, I said simply request a refund. Bought a game and your PC won’t run it? You have 14 days from the date of purchase to get your refund. After that they say you should still request it as they will analyze it on a case by case basis.

If you bought a game and simply don’t like it, request a refund. Basically you will get a no questions asked refund. Sounds pretty good to me. I, for one, am not much of a computer gamer but I know several and they will be absolutely ecstatic to hear this. If you ask me, this is one long overdue change. That’s about it guys.
