Well, its seems that Nintendo is following the trend of giving us useless updates that stop our hacks and only offer us “system stability”. Here is what the big N had to say about this update.
“Version 10.2.0-28U available via wireless Internet connection includes the following improvements:
Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.”
So if you have any of the hacks running on your 3DS system DO NOT UPDATE!! Here is what smea @smealum had to say on Twitter just this afternoon.
smeaninjhax/ironhax/oot3dhax should all be fine. themehax might have been patched. browserhax was likely patched. wait for more info to update.

HAX all the way youll be able to play it some day for now enjoy the HAX 🙂 although it’s entirely up to you.
im using rxtools and actually im with 4.4.0.10J if i use emunand it will be safe to update for 10.2.0.28? already tried once with other ds and the cfw didnt work but this one is new and i hope this works if u guys are sure i can do it updating emunand let me know, Thx!
