Nintendo is DMCA any website talking about SX OS, SX Lite, and SX Core

Some of you might be familiar with a DMCA or some of you might not, so let’s just review it real quick.

A DMCA Takedown is:

When content is removed from a website at the request of the owner of the content or the owner of the copyright of the content. It is a well established, accepted, internet standard followed by website owners and internet service providers.

In the wake of team xecutors new SX Lite and SX Core Nintendo have started to step up their game and DMCA a lot of modchip websites or any type of reseller. So basically it becomes very hard to try to get one of these modchips on the internet.

Now it seems like they’re going after anybody that starts reporting about SX OS, SX Lite and SX Core, or anything related to it. As we just received one of these notices from Nintendo. In the notice, it doesn’t really tell you to much other than the normal stuff. You can see even if you’re talking about team xecutor or their products it’s like they have become keywords to Nintendo legal bots go after when looking for sites. They also look for any type of link on a post or page that goes to a modchip store, resellers, or even team xecutor own websites can not be linked on any post or pages.

For now, we have complied and done what they wanted. We took out keywords and certain references but this is a little ridiculous. It’s like they are just targeting these keywords if you ask me.
