Yomawari: Night Alone is a new horror survival game released by NiS! NiS America just released a new trailer for the game, dubbed the “Countdown to Nightmares” trailer!
The game is focused on a young girl who is walking her dog Poro around town at dusk. Suddenly, a tragic accident force the girl to return home with only Poro’s leash in hand. Her sister makes her stay at home while she goes out in the night to search for Poro. Impatience got the best of her, so she heads out to look for her sister and dog.
But when she steps outside, she realizes that she is not in the same town as before. The darkness has made the town unfamiliar, and she was now all alone in the town, save for the spirits and ghouls that stalk her. The girl must now hide, outsmart, or outrun the hunting spirits while she searches for her loved ones.
