HENkaku 変革 Page Get’s An Update & New Web Address

I know some of you have been trying to get into the HENkaku 変革 and have had no luck. Well fear not we have the link for you and also the update does appear to be live as well.

You can get it by  going to  http://henkaku.me/ in your PS Vita/PSTV browser just like you have done before and it will do the work for you.

Here a few words on this site change.
