Sega will be releasing an all new anime-girl rhythm game for the PSVita due out this December 17th in Japan. The title’s rhythm gameplay will utilize the same engine that has been used in the Project Diva series of games.Miracle Girls Festival will include both songs and characters from a number of popular series likeYuriYuri, Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Ars Nova, KINMOZA!, and a number of others (10+ series total!).
Thus far Sega has detailed the game’s ‘Tour Mode’, where players become the concert director and develop different concerts across six locations. Tour organization takes place in days, and when you’ve completed all the days for a tour a new tour with higher difficulty settings will be made available.
Players will be able to choose and perform set lists, where the primary objective is to reach a certain quota of audience members. By performing songs players will be rewarded with ‘Miracle Coins,’ based on how well the performance was. These coins can be used to unlock even more songs! The further you progress in the game the more songs you’ll unlock and be able to freely edit into your set lists.
