Just when you thought the PSVita wasn’t getting any new titles, bam!! Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is coming to the PSVita thanks to Capcom. If you don’t know, Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is a survival horror game which supports cooperative game play on console platforms.
Now the handheld release packs in several PSVita-specific features such as gyroscopic targeting. It also supports Raid Mode 2 player co-op over PlayStation Network at launch, while ad-hoc Raid Mode will be added a later date via a free content update. There is no information if this will be compatible with the PlaySatation TV, so we will have to wait and see what happens..
Resident Evil Revelations 2 is heading to North American and European PSVita via the PlayStation Store on August 18.
