Nintendo has recently released FW9.9 for all 3DS systems today! Smea has suggested the update is minor and shouldn’t affect the release of Ninjhax 2.0
apparently update 9.9 was just released. not home yet so not 100% sure but what i'm seeing indicates no issue for ninjhax 2.0.

For some reason only the USA 3DS consoles have received an update for the home menu. It has been spectated that this may be for localization and let’s hope its minor. For the time being Ninjhax has been delayed and you should respect the wishes of Smea. He doesn’t have to release anything and we should be gateful for any public releases.
Rest assure that Smea will investigate all changes if any, whenever he has the time. Meanwhile, just be patient and enjoy some retrogaming to kill time. 🙂 Personally, I’ve been enjoying The Legend of Zelda: Master Quest on the original Nintendo 64 hardware. What games are keeping you busy?
