PSVita: Qwikrazor87 releases PSP 6.61 PRO-C f3 & Hello World 3.36FW with ePSP 6.61FW

Qwikrazor, has been quite busy lately with all the bubble fun stuff for the PSVita and just the other day, Freakler was thanking him for this Binary loader. Seen here in this tweet working on the PSVita with FW 3.36/6.61

Now he’s back at it with the PSP and it’s new frimware 6.61. So here what he had to say, about his new release for 6.61FW.

This hasn’t been tested on 2k or 3k yet PRO-C f3 for 6.61, CIPL flasher left out intentionally since I don’t know anything about it, I just used the keys/offsets for 6.60 (which won’t work obviously).
