You know how some games and apps want to check to make sure you have a PSN login, for example how Hulu will only check the psn login and doesn’t require you to really log into PSN it just wants to check if you can. 
Now this will not let you go the PSN store or even let you link a new vita to your PS4. All this is for is to bypass the psn login check that some games and app do. I haven’t had a chance to test this myself to see what will work and what will not work. Let us know in the comments below what worked for you that wouldn’t before, like Hulu, Crunchyroll or any of the other apps & games.
“Add this to your ux0:tai/config.txt for any application that requires PSN login to bypass it. Note this only bypasses login and the application might fail elsewhere if it requires PSN functions. It’s useful for apps that require PSN but does not use it.
Note: After I made this I realized it still won’t let you link your PS4 to a new Vita for remote play because that actually needs PSN. I haven’t tested anything else.”
