It seems that the custom themes for the PSVita and PlayStation TV are very popular. So I figured why not do a contest. 
To enter this contest all you have to do is make your know theme and place it on our forums here. If you need help making your theme just go here and if you need help testing them I made this simple how-to here. Now any theme that has already been made and posted on our forums will be entered automatically. So don’t worry about it if you already posted yours.
Rules:
You can only enter three custom themes into the contests.
The contest will end October 30, 2015
First place winner will receive a U.S. $30 PSN card.
Second place winner will receive a U.S. $20 PSN card.
Third place winner will receive a U.S. $10 PSN card.
I can’t wait to see what kind of themes get made for this contest and good luck to everyone that enters.
The pstv in 3.20 has theme support and you didnt say anything.
Modding the app.db could help but you dont mention anything related to it.

Also, how can i unpack an official ps vita theme?? Crystal or the 20 anniversary for example??

The key is goldwave and a custom presets that im triying to save for quickly conversion in the future.

Lol. Don’t know how I did it. But I managed to corrupt my system database, resulting in a not working eml trick and deleting my tnv and vhbl bubbles. All fixed now XD. It did a database rebuild of the entire system, surprisingly leaving Ark untouched.installed some pretty cool themes. Thx awesome community!!!!
Ps.maybe I corrupted by pressing ok button on the email app or by accessing the Internet through killzone liberation in Ark XD. Always keep a backup stored guys!!!
