PSVita and the package installer on FW3.XX by Xmaxkatsu

Xmaxkatsu is back at it again and this time he is running the package install on this PlayStation TV. Just a few days ago he show us a video on him downgrading one of this PlayStation TV’s you can read about that here..

In the video you can see that he is on FW3.51 and pulling up the package installer that was used on FW 3.18. Also in the video you can see that he is using the email trick with a updated call file. The package installer is still limited to installing only DRM-Free Demos and Apps to your PSVita.
