What is a Raspberry pi?The Raspberry Pi is a credit-card sized computer that plugs into your TV and a keyboard. It’s a capable little PC which can be used for many of the things that your desktop PC does, like spreadsheets, word-processing and games.

It also plays high-definition video and  it has a very neat program called scratch. What can you do with scratch well you can create games, animation, and short stories.  Now you can get scratch for Linux, Windows and other operating systems.  When you go to a Raspberry Pi site and download raspbian it already has scratch preloaded. It is great for beginners and children. So you can see what basic programming does and see if you have a knack for it. If you’d like to know more about scratch and more about programming a Raspberry pi please visit.
