Themes

There are two types of PSP themes:

- .PTF themes can be used on official firmware (OFW), but offer very limited customization.
- .CTF themes, on the other hand, allow you to totally change your user interface (XMB). To use CTF themes, you need CFW and a plugin called CXMB.

How to install CXMB (assuming you already have CFW):

Here's currently the most comprehensive collection of CTF themes.
Go to folder 6.60 or 6.61 (depends on your firmware) and pick what you like.
