Plugins

Firstly, here are a few important pieces of information/advice:

- Even though most plugins have not been ported to 6.61 yet (CXMB was [ported by LMAN]), but that's the only example I can think of), most of them should work.
- Read the instructions (usually) included with the plugin. It will save you lots of time!
- Sometimes, you have to Reset VSH to see the changes made by plugin.
