As of firmware 3.61 & 3.63 on the PSVita or PSTV you can’t install any hacks yourself but you can still use formerly installed ones like VHBL, Custom Themes, and the PSTV whitelist hax, that still work on FW3.61 or 3.63. Also custom homebrew/emulator bubbles will work on FW3.61 or 3.63 and below as long as the homebrew or emulators can work without a kernel exploit in usermode.
