Before you proceed do the following:

1) Press SELECT and change USBDevice to flash0 |
|
2) Connect your PSP to your computer via USB |
|
3) Open up "flash0:/vsh/etc/version.txt" |
|
4) Change release from 9.90 to 5.50 and save. |
Note: You might consider installing a 6.60 CFW since most plugins,
themes and programms are not optimized for 6.61 as of yet!
