The "Minimum Edition" CFW by neur0n is an alternate Custom Firmware for those who want to stay up to date and don't want to use Pro CFW. It has alot of features and everything you need for the ultimate CFW experience!

(The 'L' in the name stands for 'Light', indicates a temporary Custom Firmware and is meant for newer 'unhackable' PSPs.)

1) Download and install the latest Official Firmware 6.61 (Go! Version) if you haven't already

2) Download the 6.61 LME-2.3 Custom Firmware and extract the ZIP-Archive

3) Copy the "installer" and "launcher" folder to your "PSP/GAME/" directory

4) Launch the "LME Installer for 661" from the XMB and install the CFW

5) To activate your CFW run the "LME Launcher for 661" from the XMB

(You have to re-activate the CFW everytime you shutdown your PSP completely by running the "LME Launcher")

LightSpeed allows you to launch LME directly from XMB, so "LME Launcher" is not necessary anymore. (but you still need to install LightSpeed) This addon replaces either the "Digital Comics" icon (under "Extras") or "SensMe" icon (under "Music")!

1) Download LightSpeed.

2) Copy the PSP folder to the root of your PSP.

3) Launch "LME Launcher for 661", then launch "LightSpeed v6.61".

4) Choose either "Install Comic XMB Mod", or "Install SensMe XMB Mod"."Launch 6.61 LME" icon should now be in place of the old icon.

Note: To restore your original icons, launch "LightSpeed" and choose "Restore original Files."

(You have to re-activate the CFW everytime you shutdown your PSP completely by running the "LME Launcher" or "Launch 6.61 LME")
