It’s time to play with a Supreme Retro Game Machine!!!!

Do you know Retro Freak? With this incredible device from CyberGadget you can play with more than 9000 games for 11 different consoles (Famicom, SNES/Super Famicom, Mega Drive/Genesis, PC Engine, TurboGrafx-16, Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Color, and Supergrafx!)Box

The console has an HDMI output and supports 720p up-scaling, instant saving, and cheat codes for certain games. Also, if you’re afraid to ruin your precious retro-cartridges, the Retro Freak will allow you rip and install all these games from the cartridge onto the console with the use of an SD card!Console1

The actual console comes in two main parts: the largest piece is actually the cartridge adapter while the smaller workhorse hides underneath emulating all your favorite old school titles.

The Premium version also ships with the controller adapter that supports Famicom, Super Famicom, Sega Genesis, and TurboGrafx controllers. Both versions also ship with a SNES-style controller, but it will also work with both modern gamepads such as the DualShock 3 and DualShock 4.

  1. Neat.

“-the Retro Freak will allow you rip and install all these games from the cartridge onto the console with the use of an SD card!”

    All of my yes!

    • Yeah, but it’s still nice and I also don’t think it would be too hard to get around that.

      • Oh if it added MFCD & PCECD that would be a dream come true. Maybe it can be modified to do so as who knows what’s under the hood. It may be emulators that can be tweaked to do so just not enabled due to lack of a CD drive and made a few legal reasons then. As that would mean pirated material I am sure is how it would be looked at despite being able for yourselves to rip with a PC and say TurboRip for ISO/WAV or CDRWin for BIN/CUE

  2. Hi, since last Posting more than 1 month passed. Are there any new informations about playing roms from SD-Card ?

    • @Robby
Since your last post I guess you figured out that the RF simply reads ROMS you put on your SD card.
So the answer is, obviously, YES!
