RegionFour is a region free game loader for the Nintendo 3DS developed by smealum. The previous version RegionThree supported O3DS up to FW9.4. With the latest release will we have support for the N3DS and FW9.7. This is good news, if you plan getting awesome imports like Dragonball Z: Extreme Butouden! 🙂

RegionFour will receive support for the legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time if someone donates Smea a copy. You can get all the files and instructions for RegionFour here.
RegionFour supports FW9.7 – FW9.2 for N3DSXL/N3DS/3DSXL/3DS.
This appears to be another cubic ninja exploit and, to feed more to the fire, Smea has suggested to make a dual loader Ninjahax/RegionFour at a later date! 🙂

This exploit could be used by team gateway if and when Smea decides to release his source code in the wild. This has been done in the past and so this could be a definite possibility. You can read about the details of the previous Cubic Ninja exploit here. The 3DS homebrew scene is looking good and maybe next time Smea will release that cool Portal 3DS project.
